The beautiful gold crown my friend Dr. Bryan Knittle placed last century finally developed a perforation and ultimately led to loss of retention.

 I immediately knew how I could remedy this most uncomfortable situation.

 Both of these talented dental specialists practice state-of-the-art endodontics.

That includes state-of-the-art equipment; the most memorable part of my endodontic treatment was admiring the technology at Dr. Brock's command.

Unlike my radiographic procedures which required 4 minutes and 30 seconds in order to process the film, Matthew's talented and gentle assistant acquired an image in seconds (!). 

As one who prides himself on the ability to acquire profound anesthesia comfortably, I was impressed with Dr. Brock's technique.

In a scant ten minutes, Dr. Brock effected profound anesthesia of the inferior alveolar nerve via a mandibular nerve block.

Very comfortably.

I assume he was using a vasoconstrictor, such as 2 % Lidocaine with 1:100K epinephrine.

Eight hours plus of anesthesia; post op discomfort was minimal.

Good old Ibuprofen did the trick...

He is surrounded by a Bevy of Beauties.

Every staff member is dedicated to making the patient experience as pleasant as possible; nothing perfunctory about these young ladies.

Again, they are easy on the eyes...

This is an objective evaluation, as I spoke with one of her teammates, 

Bryce.

This young stud is an Army veteran.

Bryce was a paralegal in Germany and Kuwait, assisting CID (Criminal Investigation Division) and JAG officers in  maintaining UCMJ enforcement.

He was also a guidon bearer.

He was the young man who literally ran circles around his unit's formation as they chugged mile after mile in those wonderful battalion runs...

Proudly displaying his unit's colors and his own physical fitness, the guidon bearer is recognized as such in his annual EER (Enlisted Evaluation Report).
